Wine Tasting Tour….in Germany

Good morning beautiful humans,  happy Sunday! Thank for spending part of your morning with me or evening depending on where you live in this great big world. Welcome to Life with Lane; my life through words, pictures, and food!

Life with Lane: “Wine tasting Tour in Germany!”

I had the pleasure of going to Germany in April. I  know that was like 3 or 4 months ago and I’m just now writing about it. When I was in Germany I went on a fantastic wine tasting tours. Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely love wine.

The special thing about this wine tasting tour besides the fact that I did it in Germany was the fact that we got the tour from the wine princess in Heppenheim.

Although it was freezing in Heppenheim at the time the tour; it was so much fun. It was a group of us I think maybe 10 people which made it even better. I learned so much about wine. I have a better appreciation for it now. So much goes into the process of making wine.

The only thing about the wine tasting tour that I wasn’t a big fan of is most of the wines over there were dry. I am a huge fan of the sweeter white wines. Most of the wines that I tasted over there were either red or dry. However like I said it was so much fun doing the tour, learning so much, and just having that experience.

What’s your favorite wine? What do you like to pair it with? Thanks for reading my blog.  Have a wonderful blessed day and always be kind.  Follow me on Instagram @lifewithlane14.  Please feel free to email me for sponsorships or collaborating.  Serious inquiries only.

  1. I am not a big drinker, but when I do it has to be a sweet dessert wine. I like Riesling, Moscato, or a Chardonnay. I prefer white wine.
