Hi there friends, how was your MLK DAY? Mine was chill because I wasn’t feeling well 😕. Doesn’t that suck? I mean wasn’t I sick last year enough for the next 10 year? Honestly I really was, lol! Speaking of being sick, that brings me to this post. Taking care of ourselves. Sometimes not taking care of ourselves can cause us to get sick. When we neglect our bodies, our health, our well being, our mental health, we end up getting sick. We only get one body, one life. We have to take care of ourselves!
We have to take of ourselves, spiritually, mentally, and physically! We have to eat right. We have to watch what we put into our bodies. We have to exercise. We have to meditate and take mental health days. When things become heavy; we have to take a step back regroup. Prayers is always good. Yoga is good good too. We can’t forget to take care of ourselves.

At the end of the day if we don’t take of ourselves, life will! Our body is our most important asset and we have to take care of it! Don’t forget to take care of YOURSELF!
