6 Benefits of a Good Night’s Sleep!

Only babies probably love sleep more than me, lol! That’s probably why I look 10 years younger than I am. I’m sure I sleep way more than I should. I have to say I don’t sleep as much as I used to because I work way too much. However, your girl gets her sleep in, ALWAYS! The only time I don’t sleep is when I go to Vegas, lol! Sleep is so important.

I don’t sleep because I simply love to sleep. I do it because I have anemia, like low red blood cells. Like I feel tired all the time and no matter what I do I need a nap. So, I usually just take a nap if I can, lol! It works everytime. I sleep like a baby almost every night. I never sleep more than 8 hours. 7 hours is usually my max and I’m ready to go! This is why we should sleep more.
